ฉันเกลียดตัวเองนักที่ไปรักเธอ นานๆจะได้ยินแรปเปอร์ร้องเพลงหวานๆอ้อนๆกันสักที แต่ ณ วันนี้ Rihanna เลือกร้องเพลงนี้คู่กับ Ne-Yo Rihanna สาวน้อยเลือดผสมจากบาบาโดส ประเทศในแถบอเมริกาใต้ แม่ของเธอเชื้อสาย  Indo-Guyanese ส่วนพ่อของเธอเป็นชาวบาบาเดียน  ตัวเธอเป็นนักร้อง R&B ในแนวดนตรีประเภท Reggae, Dancehall, และ Pop. อายุเต็ม 18 เมื่อ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ ที่ผ่านมานี้ ฃื่อจริงๆของเธอคือ  Robin Rihanna Fenty ฟอร์มวงครั้งแรกร่วมกับ เพื่อนๆ 3 คนในชั้นเรียนของเธอด้วยแนวTrio เป็นดนตรี 3 ชิ้น  เธอฉายแววนักร้องอาชีพตั้งแต่ปี 2004 ตอนสมัครร้องเพลงที่โรงเรียนจัดประกวด กับเพลง Hero ของ Mariah Carey อายุ 15 ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากโปรดิวเซอร์ทางด้านการทำเพลง จนมีอัลบั้มแรกเป็นของตัวเองชื่อ  Music Of The Sun, ซึ่งเธอมีส่วนในการร่วมเขียนเพลงเองด้วย ประสบความสำเร็จในเดือนสิงหาคม 2005  ถูกเรียกว่า Queen of de Dance and Club Charts เพราะเพลง dance ของเธอ 3 เพลงดังพร้อมกัน  2 ปีที่อยู่ในวงการเพลง เธอมีผลงานของตัวเอง 2 อัลบั้มกับอีก 7 ซิงเกิล ส่วนเพลงที่รู้จักกันดี ได้แก่  SOS, Unfaithful , Break It Off ล่าสุด Umbrella ที่เธอร้องคู่กับ Jay Z ยังค้างอยู่ในชาร์ทเพลง The Billboard Hot 100 อันดับที่ 26 สัปดาห์นี้ และ Hate that I love you ฉันเกลียดตัวเองนักที่ไปรักเธอ เพลงคู่ออดอ้อนรัก ที่กำลังมาแรงจากอันดับที่ 26 สัปดาห์ที่แล้ววิ่งมาถึงอันดับที่ 18 ในสัปดาห์นี้(October 20,2007) และเชื่อว่าคงต้องร้อนแรงต่อไปจนต้องแตะถึง TOP 10 ในเร็วๆนี้อย่างแน่นอน
